Totally Cats is a UK based business. All goods are dispatched from the United Kingdom. We dispatch to addresses in the UK only. We do NOT dispatch outside the UK at present.
Making a Purchase
It is easy to buy from Totally Cats. Browse our pages and add any items that you wish to buy into your shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, choose how you would like to pay and complete the payment process.
We reserve the right not to process any incomplete or incorrect orders.
Payment and Security
We accept online orders and payment by credit or debit card via Paypal. Totally Cats do not take, process or store any debit or credit card details.
We do not accept orders or payments by phone. We do not accept cheques or postal orders. All orders and payments must be processed securely online.
If you purchase from Totally Cats at an event we are attending we only accept cash at present.
Shipping and Handling
Delivery is at present only within the UK. We do not deliver to PO Boxes. Our postage and packing costs depend on weight. The full postage price will be displayed on checkout before payment. Please note that parts of your order may be dispatched separately. This will be at no extra cost.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 3 working days of receiving your payment, unless otherwise stated in the product information displayed within the shop pages. At busy times or if the order is large this may not be possible but we will always get your parcel sent to you as soon as we can. Please email if your order is urgent and we will do all we can to help.
The majority of our orders will be dispatched by Royal Mail First Class Signed For Delivery, unless due to the size of the order it is more practical to use a courier, we will advise you by email. Please note we do not guarantee delivery time and Totally Cats cannot be held responsible for late deliveries, and no refunds will be paid for late deliveries.
Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted providing that we have been informed by email within 7 days of receipt and the item is returned in its original unused condition (resaleable condition with any labels and/or packaging still intact). Please email us at email@example.com with your reason for returning the goods and we will advise instructions of where to return the goods. Faulty goods will be exchanged or refunded in full. For all other returns or exchanges, the customer is liable for postage costs and refunds will exclude the cost of P&P.
Please allow 1-2 weeks for exchanges and returns to be processed.
